Dear World,

I just realized that I complain too much about how my love life - or the lack of one - makes me sad. I am constantly trying to figure it out why things never got to a certain point and in this current rollercoaster, I forget that my life is - and I am - so much more than a crush.

I don't always remember how lucky I am to have such a wonderful family that supports me no matter what I do. They stand by my side at all times and, even tho we discuss a lot, I know we love each other dearly.

I often forget about my amazing friends too. They are so unique and perfect and I don't think I'd be as happy as I remind myself to be if it weren't for them. I am surrounded by so many different friends and I feel so blessed, because I realize that it's because of them that I am who I am, that I think the way I think. Our memories save me from being sad or rescue me when I find myself in that place just like their company.

Life isn't always about a relationship. Love is important, don't get me wrong, but we can find love in so many different places. Love can be found in a song, in a book, at a special cafe, in a tv serie.

I fall in love daily with actions: sharing a smile, giving a hug (I love people who do the "free hugs" thing), reminding someone to put a coat because it might rain, a spontaneous text saying "I miss you <3".

All of these things make me very very happy and they remind myself to focus on the bright side of life instead of the dark one. I know that it can be hard but I encourage you to pay attention to the little things because they will become the big ones if you start to notice them.

You are unique, intelligent, special and you should never forget that! Love yourself, love the people that have chosen to love you back, leave the others behind. You have the right to be happy and do not allow yourself to be heartbroken forever. Life is a wonderful gift, don't spend on the wrong people.

I've been thinking about him and gave me a tremendous longing, but I'm too cowardly to call him for a small talk just to ask how is his life. I think, I feel, and I cravenly retreat. Bullshit!

Nobody is forced to relocate the dissatisfaction of other, but sometimes we can't have and we can't let it go. And this isn't healthy.

A long time ago I didn't allow me to stay with someone just for being afraid of how I'll be if this doesn't work, but then I woke up for life. We have to stop thinking that everything is unfair just because someone that YOU want doesn't want you back. The truth is: Life goes on.

Stop suffering and complaining about what could it be if.. If, if, if... Just stop.

Love is too spacious to not let it take the seats, but there are people who find a way to lock it in a cold and dark place, how if they sweep the dirt under the carpet. THIS isn't fair.

I learned that fire burns and water above the neck drowns. We suffer, we cry, we're full of questions and life even stop to listen.

Life goes on, so deal with that. Not kidding. It does.

Isn't it funny that you might have already met your soulmate, but because of life's events, you didn't manage to stay together?

I often observe couples, who appear to be perfect, chosing different paths and ending their relationships. This tears my heart apart because you can clearly see that they were meant for each other: they have the same musical taste, laugh at the same jokes - and not only to please each other, but because they really thought that it was freaking funny - and truly care for each other.

But then, bam, trouble in paradise. One of them is not prepared to deal with this by himself and can't even imagine putting someone they love under such pressure. And that's how their perfect relationship - their own perfect one - ends. Because, sometimes, fear overcomes love.

But I truly believe that, once they realize that together, they will be happier and stronger, love will beat anything in their way. So fear, you little fucker, be careful, because love is coming after you.

     Yesterday I was reading an article that said we sabotage ourselves sentimentally and that's true. We are so afraid to fall in love that we just can't see how much time we're losing this way.
     I have many friends that's like this, they have so afraid to fall in love that simply don't meet new people, they don't give space in their hearts to like someone else, and I think that's so sad, because we do not have to keep our minds in our past relationships, especially that failed.
    I like a boy that's like that, and I never was like these people that don't permit themselves to like somebody just because they last relationship was a failure, I believe that we (yes, we) deserve new chances to have a good relationship, fuck off our past, let's concentrate to the future.
    Forget how bad was your last relationship and how badly you stayed, nothing was your guilt, perhaps, but who cares about the details, right?
I really want that everyone understand how special they are, and that they don't need to live in shadows just because a stupid broke their hearts.
Do not be afraid to fall in love for whoever it is, live your life and free yourself.
